POLICY
BAILEY BUSINESS LLC (d.b.a.) Tour Natchitoches With Barbara is a Limited Liability Company designed to provide tours and information to clients who choose to visit the City and Parish of Natchitoches.
All precautions will be taken to provide our clients with a safe and incident free tour.
Tour Natchitoches With Barbara is not liable for personal injury or accidents suffered by any tour participant during a Tour or enroute to or from a Tour.
Step-on Tours are available for buses, vans, and automobiles. An escort vehicle can be available at no extra charge.
The company does not provide transportation. If transportation is needed for a tour, assistance will be given to help locate a rental vehicle.
An hourly rate is charged for all Tours.
Tour time is calculated from the time your group meets
the Tour Guide until the time the Tour ends. Clients are not charged
for the Tour Guide's travel time.
For groups over 15 persons a small per person fee will be charged.
A Planning Fee will be added when arrangements are needed for meals or appointments for special tours.
Corporate, Company or Family Tours are welcome. We will assist you to plan a Tour in coordination with your special event.
Each client or group will be responsible for entrance fees to individual sites or events unless prior arrangement are made with Tour Guide.
Fees will be paid in full, only in cash, at the beginning of each tour. In some cases a deposit will be needed prior to the Tour date. Arrangements will be made according to individual group needs.
Any additional Planning Fees may be paid with the deposit or at the beginning of each Tour.
Tour Natchitoches With Barbara will select the Tour Guide most suited to the sites the client chooses to visit. All Guides are experienced, knowledgable, friendly and helpful.
Tour Natchitoches With Barbara commits to provide an informative and memorable experience with excellent service at reasonable cost.
